How the Class Is Taught
Each stage of the process will be taught in a clear, structured way.
I will first demonstrate each technique in full, explaining the why behind every step. Once you’ve watched, you’ll replicate the technique yourself, with me guiding, correcting, and refining your work throughout.
To ensure the day runs smoothly and allows time for hands-on decorating, key components such as the Swiss meringue buttercream, white chocolate ganache, and fondant will be pre-prepared where setting or cooling time is required.
However, a full batch of each will also be made live during the class, so you can watch the complete process, understand the consistency, timing, and decision-making involved, and ask questions as we go.
This approach allows you to see the process from start to finish, while still having ample time to practise the techniques yourself.

Take Your Cakes Home
At the end of the class, each student will carefully box up and take home the cakes they’ve created during the session.
This allows you to:
Leave with a finished two-tier cake showcasing the techniques learned
Photograph your work for your portfolio or social media
Share or celebrate your creation with confidence
All packaging will be provided to ensure your cakes are transported safely.
After registration, I will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout (please ensure this number is connected to WhatsApp).
We’ll arrange a suitable time for your pre-class call and discuss any additional details, including dietary requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited number of spaces available per class, all bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, your place may be transferred to a future class date (subject to availability) with a minimum of 14 days’ notice.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the class date, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
In the event that a cancelled space is successfully filled from the waitlist, a transfer may be offered at our discretion.
