We offer shipping within the UK and internationally.

For international orders, please note that customs charges or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Unfortunately, Caketasia cannot take responsibility for these charges at the moment, but we’re actively looking into solutions to make international shipping smoother in the future.

If you’re placing an order from outside the UK, please be aware that you may be required to pay customs fees when your order arrives.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of being placed. Tracking information will be provided (if applicable) once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are based on Royal Mail’s estimated delivery schedules. While we do our best to ensure your order arrives promptly, delays caused by Royal Mail or customs are unfortunately beyond our control.

Each stencil is carefully checked before packaging and shipping to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. Due to the intricate nature of our designs and the precision machinery used, tiny variations may occasionally occur, which sometimes require us to hand-correct each piece to maintain the integrity of the design. These minor discrepancies should not affect the beautiful results you will achieve on your cakes.

At Caketasia, we take great care in ensuring every stencil meets our quality standards. Each piece is carefully inspected and securely packaged to reach you in perfect condition.

Please note that we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, we can accept cancellations made within 1 hour of purchase. A full refund will be issued if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
