Our detailed enquiry form is designed to gather all the essential details about your dream wedding cake—from your preferred style to guest count and event details. The more information you provide, the better we can tailor your cake to suit your special day perfectly.

Filling out the form is quick and easy, and it helps us understand your needs before we move forward. Once submitted, we’ll review your request and get back to you to discuss the next steps. We can’t wait to bring your vision to life!

Using the details you provide, we will create a custom sketch of your wedding cake, tailored to your vision while incorporating the signature Caketasia touch. While we welcome inspiration, we do not replicate other bakers' work—instead, we add our own unique twist to ensure your cake is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, designed just for you.

Before we begin the sketching process, we will provide you with a rough price estimate based on your design preferences. If you're happy to move forward with the investment, we will then create your personalised sketch and provide you with a final price quote.

Because each sketch requires careful thought and time, we only offer this service to clients who are comfortable proceeding with the estimated price range. If the estimate does not align with your budget, we won’t be able to provide a sketch at this stage.

After we have provided you with a rough estimate and you’re happy to proceed, if it’s something you’d like, we can also schedule a quick call to discuss any other details before sketching your cake and securing your booking.

Once all the details have been finalised and a final quote has been given, we will send you an invoice outlining everything we’ve discussed, along with any other important information regarding your order.

To officially secure your wedding cake booking, a non-refundable retainer of £100 is required. Until the retainer is received, your wedding date remains unreserved and may become unavailable. The full balance must be paid no later than 3 weeks before your wedding date. We offer the option to pay in instalments, but please note that the entire balance must be settled by this deadline to ensure your order proceeds as planned.

Once your booking is secured, you have the option to indulge in a cake taster box, allowing you to sample our delicious flavours before making your final selections. If you’d prefer to taste our cakes before confirming your wedding date with a deposit, you can also order a taster box directly from our shop menu.

After tasting, you’ll let us know which flavours you’d like for your wedding cake—one flavour per tier—ensuring that your cake is just as delightful on the inside as it is stunning on the outside.

By three weeks before your wedding, your cake will be fully paid for, and from that moment on, you can relax knowing everything is in our hands. This is where the craftsmanship begins—we bring your vision to life with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every element is crafted to perfection.

On your special day, we take care of every detail. We personally deliver your cake, set it up with precision, and ensure it is picture-perfect before your guests arrive. Your only job? To walk into your reception and be amazed. From the first glance to the first bite, your cake will be a breathtaking centrepiece, making your special day even more unforgettable!
