Please note that our cake taster boxes are non-refundable and, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. We take great care in packaging them securely, but we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. To ensure your box arrives in the best condition, please make sure someone is available to receive it on your selected delivery date, as we cannot be held responsible if it is left at the post office.

Our cake taster boxes are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (UK only) and will be dispatched the day before your selected delivery date to ensure they arrive on time. However, please note that Royal Mail may experience delays, and if your box does not arrive on the chosen day, this is beyond our control, and we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.
