Returns and refunds

As all items are made to order, returns are not accepted.

Refunds will only be given if the quality of the product is unsatisfactory from my side (but that shouldn't be so as orders are quality checked before shipped). If the quality of the product does happen to be unsatisfactory, you must contact me within 24 hours of receipt. Any complaints made after this time frame will not be accepted.

Damage to orders via transit hopefully shouldn't happen as orders are packaged as securely as possible to avoid this. However in cases where this does occur, it is out of my control so refunds cannot be offered in those cases. If this be the case please reach out to me within 24 hours of receipt and we can figure something out.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

As soon as orders are received, preparation to fulfil them begins immediately so if you’d like to cancel or change your order (e.g stencil choice) then it would have to be done within 30 minutes of you placing the order. Any cancellations or modifications after this time frame will not be accepted.

Shipping

I aim to dispatch orders 1-2 days after they have been placed.

UK: Should be with you 1-2 days after they have been shipped (depending on whether you choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48).

INTERNATIONAL: Should be with you 3-5 days after they have been shipped (depending on whether you choose International Tracked or International Standard).

This time frame is based off Royal Mail’s delivery guidelines and are not guaranteed.
