I aim to dispatch orders 1-2 days after they have been placed.
UK: Should be with you 1-2 days after they have been shipped (depending on whether you choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48).
INTERNATIONAL: Should be with you 3-5 days after they have been shipped (depending on whether you choose International Tracked or International Standard).
This time frame is based off Royal Mail’s delivery guidelines and are not guaranteed.

Yes, the stencils are A4 in size and are flat so they can fit through your letter box.

As all items are made to order, returns are not accepted.
Refunds will only be given if the quality of the product is unsatisfactory from my side (but that shouldn't be so as orders are quality checked before shipped). If the quality of the product does happen to be unsatisfactory, you must contact me within 24 hours of receipt. Any complaints made after this time frame will not be accepted.
Damage to orders via transit hopefully shouldn't happen as orders are packaged as securely as possible to avoid this. However in cases where this does occur, it is out of my control so refunds cannot be offered in those cases. If this be the case please reach out to me within 24 hours of receipt and we can figure something out.

As soon as orders are received, preparation to fulfil them begins immediately so if you’d like to cancel or change your order (e.g stencil choice) then it would have to be done within 30 minutes of you placing the order.
Any cancellations or modifications after this time frame will not be accepted.

Ideally, I require at least 3 weeks notice but I can still offer short notice wedding cakes so if you’ve left everything last minute, no worries I’ve got you Lord willing!

To confirm your order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The rest of the 50% is to be paid at least 1 week before the day of the wedding.

Yes! (at an additional price depending on the location)
However I may not be able to offer delivery to places that are too far from Manchester UK. Contact me with the location of your wedding and I’ll let you know if I can deliver.

If the cake is not too big and would not require assembly by myself at the venue, then yes feel free to collect your cake from Manchester UK.
Collection address will be given once I’ve received the full payment.
